RETURN POLICY:
We will accept returns of defective merchandise and exchange the defective item for the same item at no cost to the customer. Returns of non-defective merchandise will be accepted if the product is in the original packaging with the shrink wrap and the item is in resellable condition.
NOTES:
Due to difficulties with credit card fraud and with lost orders at the local postal services we have discontinued shipping to many countries. We now only accept orders shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and The United Kingdom via our web site. If you are interested in a product we have and you are outside these countries, please send us an email and we will give you instructions on where to send a Postal Money order drawn on a US bank in US Dollars.
Next Day Air is no longer available due to the high costs and poor reliability of the overnight options.
No UPS orders will be made to PO, APO and FPO addresses.
We no longer offer Media Mail as a shipping option.
The shipping charges for your order may exceed the actual printed postage. The shipping charge includes the printed postage, the cost of the mailer and the estimated labor costs of packing and shipping your item.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason including, but not limited to, actual postage exceeding the calculated postage and/or lack of availability of any item.
